5 SUGAR FREE WORK SNACKS

Do you ever get that urge at work for a snack? Like always? So do we!

As much as we love snacking, it can significantly increase the likelihood of tooth decay. This is because the bacteria that lives in our mouth is constantly breaking down sugars in the foods we eat and drink which lowers the pH levels in our mouth making it quite an acidic environment. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes for the pH level to neutralise!
